However, I can't find fat free cream cheese in the UK. All I can find is Philadelphia Lightest which has 2.5g of fat per 100g and seems to be termed a soft cheese. Could I sub this in? I can get low fat quark? Can this be subbed in for cream cheese?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
