Getting a bonus at work and was thinking of treating my setup to a moderate upgrade. Might consider a 4K monitor and 1080Ti video card, finally make that jump.
The question I have: is it worth it? I'd probably get no bigger than a 24" monitor. I've heard people say that on small monitors it's just not worth it, you're sitting close and the screen is small and your detail is probably set up high.
I like to game, and one of the only areas I spend any money on myself is my PC, but I don't like to spend needless money. Just looking for some opinions.
