Jump'n'Run » Why is Gunslinger banned in X10?

Just looking for some clarification, not proposing new bans within X10 but was wondering if this is accidental or not.

Kinda weird that we allow Level 3's, no nerfs to arguable over powered weapons like the quickiebomb launcher ,

but ban the gunslinger? Adding to the fact that this is not really a tdm server just a silly server.
