Hi,
After I lift, I usually walk Home from the Gym, and immediately have my Post- Workout Meal. The meal is usually Skim Milk w/ a scoop of ON Whey Protein with Whole Wheat Toast w/ Organic Peanut Butter. Is this a good/ decent choice or no?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
