This has got me beyond angry i spent 60$ on the collection of the 3 games for XIV and i got a digial Download edition. I am trying to proceed with setting the game up and im getting no where i can get past the log in for the mannagement so i can get a softwear token something has to give i dont know what to do anymore. It keeps telling me my id or password is incorrect which is crazy considering i logged into the account to buy the game so i know the password isnt worng. So I cant log in i can get a one time password i cant register the game because i cant get to that stage in the installaion process its very annoying i have no idea where to go from here.
Please help
