What program/tests should I run on my comp to see if everything works correctly ?

Hi,

Alright guys, so I have a pretty decent rig, i56600K, gtx1080, 16gb of ram on windows 10, and in certain games like, bf1, RO2 Vietnam I'm getting some terrible frame rates. So I'd like to know, what program or tests I can run to see if everything is working in harmony, what is slowing my computer down or if something is bottle necking something ?
