I have cowered the internet and tried to compile all the information I found out but alot of it contradicts one another but it's all very confusing. I want to maintain the muscle mass ive put on for this last half a year, lots of hard work, but I don't want to lose it by trying to cut dow my fat levels. I'm just trying to figure out how to do it, without getting influenced by all these websites with different information. I'm 20yo, 220lbs/100kg, 5ft8, if this information is useful.
