Can I empty out all of my PC parts and make a gaming PC out of it?

I'm wondering if I can make this computer a powerful gaming PC because I don't want to buy a brand new computer if it is significantly cheaper to build my own and buy the parts.

What all would I need to buy to make this PC great?

I've gathered a couple of things I think I might need but I'm not entirely sure which ones to get, amazon links to the right electronics with their respective optimal price considered would be helpful
