PC-Games & Internet » could someone help with my Gaming build, please??

I have an iBuypower i series 301 CASE that I've used for years and it has dirty parts that aren't good enough to play Rust or other games I want to play and I'm wondering if I could get it built up for under 250-300 to leave room for a monitor that I've already picked out so my budget is like 350 and considering cyber monday is soon I will get it on cyber monday,
so far I have salvaged my power supply that's PX-480 10a 5a 480w might need to upgrade it if you all think it would be wise, my 1tb hard drive, and my ASUS BC-12b1st dvd drive. i also have window 7 key and an iso on a disc so i'm keeping win7 for now if that's doable.
