Stormclaw campaign. First skirmish. the Ork Shoota boys bought an invisibility field from Acme (proud purveyor of quality products to Wiley Coyote). Although I could clearly see them when they shot me, I could not see them after I moved 1 unit next to them and 2 other bolter squads 1 square away. Unfortunately for the orcs the invisibility shield failed when I chose a unit that could not see them and captured a victory hex. Immediately after the victory hex sound animation they became visible....and promptly died. This all happened during my turn.
