Did the web site interface change again?

hii,
I notice big change on Patient web site. The usual list of new and unread messages and discussions on the right side of the page is completely gone. I can only see a list of discussions in the middle of the page, but it is hard to find new posts. Anyone else has this or is it some incompatibility with new version of Firefox?
