Actiongames » Why Make a Separate Game?

hii,
If you are going to provide it free to people who already own Naval Action why not just tie it into Naval Action? You could have a start menu similar to total war games like thi and instead of single player and multiplayer change the tabs to Open World and Legends(or whatever it will be called) Thoughts?
