Age should not exceed 35 years.
The students should have at least 2 years teaching practical experience in their subject of study. Completion of MPhil is counted as equivalent to 1 year of experience.
All the selected candidates who do not know enough Czech are advised to undergo a 6-12 months course immediately.
There is no application fee.
Application should be submitted on a plain paper mentioning the scholarship applied for along with a recent passport photo and the required attested documents to the Section Officer, Ministry of the Human Resource Development in New Delhi.
